For example, using a linear can to fill craft beer is a small machine, but it also has a variety of functions (storage tank, rinse, CO2 purge, filling, lid, sealing). These functions are no different from those of rotary filling machines. There is also a short cycle time from the beer filling, to hang the lid, roll sealing, which maximizes the oxygen increase in the beer filling process, to ensure that the beer is more fresh and not oxidized. The specific work flow is as follows:
The function of flushing tank is to clean the dust and impurities in the tank. Turn the jar upside down, then rinse the jar under high pressure with disinfectant or sterile water, then drain the jar. The washing medium can be one or several, or it can be high-pressure gas gas washing and blow drying.
Usually the filling method is open filling, that is, the filling valve extends to the bottom of the can to fill, but this filling method has a relatively small allowable range for the temperature and co2 content of beer or carbonated beverage. In order to adapt more carbonated drinks or beer, we can use the isobaric filling method. The liquid level can be detected by a sensor in place, or a flow meter can be used for more accurate measurement.
The coiling system is a sealing machine which is driven by servo motor to rotate the jar and controlled by electronic CAM. It has fast response speed and high sealing efficiency. The coiling is formed in only one second, which is much faster than the way of pneumatic motor coiling. Easy to adjust the sealing wheel position, can be precisely adjusted to the can manufacturer's specification range of roll sealing size. At the same time, change the pot type, the lid is also easy to operate
