JH-LB series is a linear automatic blow molding machine, suitable for the production of 200 ml - 2000 ml PET bottles. Reliable structure, easy operation and maintenance, to meet all requirements for cost-effective production of high quality PET bottles. Composed of fully automatic pneumatic and mechanical, all operations are automated, such as the loading and positioning of the billet. The movement of the sealing device and the stretching rod is completed by the FESTO pneumatic cylinder. The chain in the heating system is driven by an electric motor. The billet transport system is based on specially designed pins that fit the machine for stable work while fitting different neck types of water, carbonated soft drinks, oil and chemical billets.
JH-B is mainly composed of billet feeding, billet arranging, automatic loading and unloading mechanism of bottle billet, heating mechanism, high and low pressure system, blow molding mechanism, billet transporting mechanism, man-machine interface and so on.
1. The billet feeder arranges the disordered billets and sends them to the distribution organization to prepare the billets.
2. The bottle blank loading manipulator will pick up the bottle blank configured by the distribution mechanism and put it into the chain joint heating head.
3. With the revolution of the billet moving mechanism, it drives the heating head and the bottle billet to rotate, so that the heating system can carry out constant temperature heating around the bottle billet.
4. The bottle embryo is heated by 6 sets of heaters with 8-10 layers of infrared light tubes in each cycle. The temperature of each layer can be adjusted through the man-machine interface.
5. The cylinder revolution stepper mechanism is driven by servo motor, with fast transmission speed and accurate positioning.
6. Before entering the blowing mechanism, the bottle embryo will encounter two photoelectric switches, which can detect the absence of the bottle embryo, thus sending signals and controlling the corresponding blowing cavity for blowing or not blowing.
7. After the positioning of the transfer system is completed, the blowing mechanism begins to stretch and blow the heated billet.
8. After blowing, the manipulator chuck of the bottle handling mechanism is driven by the rotating cylinder to remove the finished bottle from the rotating support.
9. A travel switch is arranged behind the bottle handling mechanism. Once no bottle is detected, the switch will sound an alarm and indicate immediate shutdown.
10. Man-machine interface (touch screen) is the working platform for operators. It consists of running interface, monitoring interface, parameter input interface, alarm interface and so on.
11. The blow molding machine is equipped with two 40kg high-pressure gas cylinders (each 60L) and two 10kg low-pressure gas cylinders (one 27L, one 60L) to ensure the stable air supply of the machine. There is also an air filtration system to ensure the purity and cleanliness of the gas.
